Sand and refinish hardwood floor in 1 bedroom, 1 entry hallway and 1 staircase.
-- Bedroom is in great condition, just a few scuffs, 13' x 12' plus closet space
-- Entry hallway is in okay condition, some wear and patched spots, 5' x 6' front entry plus 8' x 4' hallway.
-- Staircase is in unfinished/raw condition. I just removed all carpet, tacks, staples and nails from it. Sand and coat all 10 steps and 11 risers. No need to do railings.
Work must be done on Friday Dec 8.
