He talks a good game to get you to join his scam stock trading investments once he gets your money he sends you signals every morning with other clients on what to trade, every morning his contracts says payouts after 90 days. 5 months have pass and my cousin hasn't receive a dime from him. Do Not Send Theo Cooke a worthless dime! He will take your money and give you BS stories on how he will send you a payout and won't give you a Dime. Made up stories. I have reported him to the F.B.I. and there hot on his trail. He says he's located in Florida, but its either Florida, Michigan, or Indianapolis. Do not invest with this Scammer. Run, Run, Run, Away!
