Hello. I'm a middle aged single mom looking for a 2 bedroom rental in the South Burlington school district. We were at our previous residence for approx 9 years, and only moved into our current residence because the owners decided to sell the condo. We've been in our current place for almost 2 years now. I have excellent references from both residences. My daughter and I are exceptionally respectful, quiet, and well mannered tenants. I do not want to move out of South Burlington for my daughter's sake- she has been in South Burlington school system since kindergarten and to have her move during middle school would be very difficult for her. We have detested our current residence since we moved here almost 2 years ago, because we lived in a condo for a long time and the only thing we could find at the time was this apartment in a big housing complex, which is not a happy place for us. My daughter can't even go out to play here. It's just not where we want to be. I have a good reference from the property manager here, and NUMEROUS awesome references from our old condo complex where we lived for 9 years. We have a Section 8 voucher.
