Type of housing: House or townhouse with ample parking and plenty of room for stuff.

Preferences: No smoking, no cats, and no smoking cats please. Other furry friends may be OK.
Who we are:
Two friends (men) in our mid-to-late 20s; an accountant and engineer. I've been living with my landlord (whose girlfriend is regularly over on the weekends) and her daughter for a while now, but she's selling the house soon. Thus prompting the quest to find a new place to call home.
I'm an atheist, prefer to spend my weeknights alone, and cook approximately once a week (not including breakfast). Be forewarned that some people may consider some of what I cook to be weird or overly spicy.
Our bedtimes are generally between 10:30 pm to 1:00 am during the week and usually later on the weekends. We will typically have a few people over on the weekends (probably Saturday), usually for board games. Every now and then, there may also be a dinner party or something.
Some of our other interests include hiking, rock climbing, karaoke, reading, video games, crafting gingerbread houses, and at least one half of us likes to try new things.
