About the house: Awesome - newly renovated - great location walking distance to many restaurants/bars - brand new appliances - w/d included - BIG yard with a partial fence - pets recommended (I have a dog and would love for her to have a companion) - hardwood floors - big back porch - your portion of rent split is $750/month plus utilities/cable/other bills - water is included in the rent - deposit is one months rent.

About me: 28 year old male - working professional - SEC grad - laid back and easy going - clean but not anal about it - master griller - enjoys craft beer

About you: would be good if some of the above applied to you. Need a guy roommate (sorry ladies, gf would not approve plus y'all are generally crazy). Would expect you to be clean and organized with regards to common areas, your room is your room, pay rent on time.

I currently live in a 1br and pay WAY too much money and looking for a cheaper place plus a backyard for my dog. If you live in Nashville you know how fast properties come and go and how hard it can be to find a really good one. Would be moving into the house mid to late June. I will be going to see the house again on Monday afternoon and place deposit, more than welcome to come along as well. Shoot me an email if you think you may be interested.
