I'm a full-time, on-campus student in a pre-professional program and I work part-time. Beginning January, I work full-time and school part-time. I'm comfortable with a large variety of people & ideas. I'm sober, fun-loving & creative. It's quiet around here except for kitchen noise, NPR or music, and the occasional dinner date or get-together. The house is homey and clean, but not too clean.

Seeking non-smoking roommate, mid 20s to late 40s, with a career, support system and transportation. No gamers, "movie buffs" or other couch potatoes. Must be motivated, upfront & communicative. No drug or alcohol dependency. Must live responsibly, cooperatively maintain the house and keep utility bills reasonable. Prefer housemate to stay for at least 9 months, but can do short term. Can minimally furnish your room if desired.
