I am a 20 year old female seeking a roommate, preferably a student, to lease an apartment together. I currently live in Batesville and will be moving to Fayetteville in January to start school at U of A. This person needs to have regular employment, not a partier (not opposed to the occasional drink or night out), dedicated to their studies, clean and tidy, but above all, okay with children. I have a one year old who will be staying with me half the time, if not more. Not opposed to other single moms with kids who want to go to school. I would prefer a 3 bedroom apartment but am willing to settle for a 2 bedroom and my child will stay in my room.
