I am 46 and work as a Hostess at a fine dining restaurant downtown.
I also have a syndicated column, teach workshops and do a variety of online oddjobs like web editing, transcription, bookkeeping, etc. I will begin attending PSU this Fall to finish my Bachelor's degree.

Rent $$ limits depend on cost of utilities in addition to, or included with the rent. Hoping to not go over $600.
I have a 15 year old lady cat, Annie. She is content to sleep on my bed all day, uses a litter box and has no intention of going outside. She sees me as her only companion, but is friendly enough with others. We are a package deal and her remaining time on earth is short. I intend to keep her comfortable and very loved and cared for in the meantime. I am fine with paying a pet deposit for her.
