I currently reside in California but is looking to relocate back home. I have 2 little kids and is a very good tenant. I've been on section 8 for 2 years here in California and my landlord is willing to vouch for me. I am a single mother and is looking to come home to be closer to family. Preferably around the Upper Darby/Drexel Hill area. I know a lot of people don't really like to consider Section 8 tenants due to horror stories of them being a bad tenant but I am not them. I am just looking for a place that will be able to accommodate us and is looking to stay for a long period of time. I keep up with my house and leave is better than when I first move in. I'm just trying to get closer to family and really would appreciate if you consider having us there. I am looking to move with in 60-90 days. Thank you in.
