Are you looking for a short term rental? We have a variety of properties available to show you including condos, townhomes and single family homes.
When considering a short term / seasonal rental please bear in mind:
* Most homes are available for a minimum of 3 months.
* Most homes will not accept pets or sometimes smaller than 30lbs!
* If you have a pet you will probably have to pay a non-refundable pet fee!
* There will often be a fee to obtain Home Owner's Association approval.
* There is an additional 12% tax on rentals less than 6 months.
* There may be other fees such as move-in, move-out fees; resort fees and utilities.
