Let me start off by saying this. I am ONLY looking for something very close to hgwy 59 going between Mandeville and Abita Springs. I work near that area and my children live in that area. So being as close to them as possible is a MUST. Basically prefer north of the interstate.

I am currently have a mortgage on a 5 bedroom 2 bath home. On an acre of land in that area. Its too big for me, and cost too much each month. I am going to just sign it over to the bank in a few months. So I need something more like a 2 bedroom 1 bath or maybe a lil bigger. I have two very friendly beagle mix pound dogs, They are inside and outside dogs, So if having them is a problem no need to talk as giving them up is not an option.

My income has dropped to half what it was several years ago so that's why the move, I need to keep my cost down to no more than 400 a month plus utilities.

I am a 52 year old semi retired man that works part time and does odd jobs repairing tools and electronics. So I understand what I am asking for is a stretch......but one can dream LOL

Rental, Lease or a rent to own would be.
