Driver requirements:
1. Clean driving record last 5 years
2. Snow plowing experience
3. Available during all snow and salting events
4. Experience with a vbox salter and vplow a plus
5. OK with contractor 1099 pay or bi-weekly payroll paying taxes
Qualified candidates could qualify for minimum bi-weekly payments (get paid even if it does not snow) to stay on call. Depends on your experience.
