We are looking for hard working, reliable contractors for snow removal IMMEDIATELY. These are foreclosed, vacant homes. You will be required to remove snow from any walkways, sidewalks or pathways leading to the home as well as the driveway*. Each property should only Take 8-15 minutes. Our current contractors typically complete 20-25 properties each snow event.

We have over 100 properties available in Massachusetts including: Springfield, Worcester, Webster, Dudley and over 30 properties on the Cape. Crews can choose to do as little or as many properties as they can handle in a 48-hour period. PLEASE don't take more than you can complete.

Contractors are required to take 12-15 pictures through our app so a smartphone is required as well as reliable transportation and own equipment. Snow can be removed with a city ordinance at any depth and then again after 3". A GREAT way to make a LOT of money each storm.
