Social Housemates Collaboration (north philadelphia)
This is for people on a fixed income such as Disability, S.S.I., Social Security.
A group for people who cannot, for whatever reason, afford to live alone and pay
rent and bills without financial help.
All members come together at a designated place and share information about what they expect
from their potential housemates...The idea is to find one or two people who share the same or
similar lifestyles to rent an apartment or house with a mutually agreed upon area of the city; pick out a place, pay the rent and security together, and move in with the express agreement to split and pay bills equally, short term or long term. A fully detailed Questionnaire will be provided by the Social Housemates Group leader.
