Starting a country cover band need a front man and lead guitar. (Apopka)
We need a good front man and a lead guitarist or steel guitar player.
This is going to be a gigging band doing covers. We have a drummer, bassist and keyboardist. We all gig in different types of venues but we want to add a country band to our resume.
We are looking for a front man whose got experience and who can stay on key and doesn't have to read the lyrics on stage. We prefer someone relatively young but if you got the presence no telling :-)
The guitarist has to play country/ rockabilly and not drown out the singer or the band, in essence have musicianship and discipline.
We have a 4K watt digital sound system and some lighting,so we are ready.
We want to jell with you for at least a month and then get busy. So if your interested please call me or email me.
PS I know it seems like we are being picky ..... But we are ... We want to present a good product to the people and have fun doing it. We don't want to be embarrassed by out of tune singers or guys that can't adjust volume or attitudes when the house says to lower it down some. Contracts = $$$
PS ps, if you been told you sing flat please don't bother contacting us, we don't want to be the bad guys and tell you you can't really sing :-(
