My cat was stolen from Sw12th and Grover! She is a friendly, short hair domestic black cat. My Chinese neighbors were last seen with her and since moved. They keep her in cardboard boxes.Please help! She is hurt and needs medical attention.
Update:rein CHEN ( yuan yuan Shen) & Fuchun Xie who go to OHSUneighbors moved to SW11th & Whitaker! In red brick apartments#1113.If you are in the area please help! They will not give back my cat and are breaking the law with animal cruelty and theft of personal property!! They drive the beige Lexus. Young Chinese couple and older Chinese woman. I have called Police and animal control but they do not open the door and pretend to not be home every time. I am asking for help with more witnesses for their strange behavior and continue with calling Police or animal control so that they may realize they are breaking the!!!
