Beautiful studio w/ tons of natural light, tables/chairs for teaching, meetings, projects and great location for open studios, Art Hop etc...has room for one other. Good for artists, writers, small creatives that need a maker space/creative space, teachers, lesson givers of art/music etc...No dust though please. This is a working studio and paint drips are fine, but not dust making activities or heavy industrial stuff.

Located on 3rd floor of an old factory, the Howard Space is a bevy of creative activity of many types. I'm a painter/educator and lead classes/camps in the space for all ages. Share this big studio with only one other and enjoy the views of the bustling South End Arts & Industry district as you work.

You'd have a portion of the space to yourself and then be able to push out and use much of the space when I'm not there. $350/mth,
