We have a 350 square foot studio space available in a 22,000 sq foot communal warehouse. The warehouse has internet, a weekly dumpster pick up, 24 hours access, 9 garage door bays, bathrooms, and a security system. It is home to many artists, woodworkers, and metalworkers and we have a friendly, open environment. The space has large metal racks in the back that gives you about 100sq/ft extra storage space.
