Study participants needed for a marketing study in collaboration with the use of topical compound creams for the treatment of joint pain, musculoskeletal pain, nerve pain, fungal infections of the skin and skin scar reduction. Qualified participants will receive $250-$750 monthly.

To qualify, participants must:
- Male or female 18-65 years of age
- Have either pain, fungal infection of the skin and/or skin scarring
- Complete a brief email survey monthly
- Have a PPO commercial health insurance (no Medicare, no Medicaid, no government insurances)
- Attend one initial brief appointment with the physician at the study center in Glyndon, MD.
