QR Code Link to This Post Delta Air Lines recently redesigned the uniforms for their 60,000+ customer-facing roles across many business groups, including Flight Attendants, Ticketing and Gate Agents, Ramp Agents, Cargo and Technical Operations teams. As a member of the Style Consultant team, your goal will be to support the Delta Air Lines employees to view the uniform and be fitted for the size that best fits each person. This is where you will bring the excitement and energy of the new uniforms to life, through a consultative and fun experience!

Style Consultants must have some knowledge and background in fashion or fit of garments. This role will be spending the most time with employees and working with them on selecting the right collection of garments and getting the right fit for those garments. This role must be able to work well with others and have conversations needed about fit and function of garments on all body types. They will also be responsible for ensuring employees get all of their correct sizes, measurements and garments noted on their fitting sheet. Need high energy and upbeat attitude to ensure that the fitting process is fun and exciting not stressful.

The Style Consultant team will work closely with Delta Air Lines Leaders during these special events. The events will take place from January 15th through the 30th. The Style Consultant's attendance, energy and exceptional customer service will be critical to the success of the events. There are four shifts available for this project: Saturday - Monday 7:00am - 12:30pm, Saturday - Monday 12:30pm - 8:00pm, Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 12:30pm, and Tuesday - Friday 12:30pm - 8:00pm.
