LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY SEEKING EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SUBCONTRACTORS to complete residential recurring and move-in/move-out cleanings. (Phoenix and surrounding Area)
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Have professional cleaning experience, or be willing to train with us 2 days then work on your own
2) You must have equipment required to complete assignments...Meaning you must have a mop, broom, vacuum with attachments, window cleaning supplies, and cleaning supplies within the guidelines of our cleaning product list.
3) Subcontractor (1099) requirements:
-Provide us with 3 references that you've worked for.
-Cell phone with GPS and texting capability
-Have your own vehicle to get to and from each job. If your vehicle is a gas hog do not expect to be paid extra gas! There is a $10-$15 Gas reimbursement per job.
Compensation: Sub-Contractors Earn $40 - $90 per assigned cleaning. We pay our contractors the SAME day, No waiting on a check!
