We are currently seeking trash out, property preservation, and repair crews in your area. Now covering all of Oklahoma.
We are seeking subcontracting companies and individual crews in these areas for all areas of property preservation and repair but specifically people capable of debris removals and lock changes. You must have the following:
You must possess excellent communication skills, follow through, be able to get up early and knock jobs out before dark, and you must possess the ability to work well under pressure and have some property preservation background.
You are required to have the following tools and equipment:
A smart phone
A truck or an SUV that can pull a trailer
A trailer
A generator and air compressor
Hand Tools
You must be able to handle multiple jobs at one time or manage your crews to handle multiple jobs at one time.
You must have wifi and be able to use our apps on your smart phone
You must be able to make quick decisions and maintain integrity in everything you do.
We prefer experienced contractors but will train the right person if they have all of the tools needed to start work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Preservation field tech or company to pickup extra filler work or to increase your work load as much as you would like. We have all areas open for work from inspections to property preservation to full rehabs.
Must be able to cover some expenses such as locks, fuel, dump fees, and light materials.
