Greetings! My name is Alekos Syropoulos and I'm offering an variety of private music lessons that cover multiple styles: jazz, classical, rock, pop, or electronic music. I've been teaching music lessons for 8 years and have had numerous students continue on to study at top music schools in the country.

My teaching philosophy is simple. I focus on discovering my students' individual strengths, as they are the key building blocks for their musical growth. Some students pick up the intricacies of the instrument quickly and others hear the music before they hear how the instrument works. Everyone is different which is the most interesting and exciting challenge of all. In the end, we have a blast making music. Period.
