About the place:
It's nice 3 bedroom apartment with a large common area and kitchen. It has a split bath which makes it extremely convenient for everyone.
Location: Just a few blocks north of Union Square. $5-$10 Lyft ride to most parts in the city. We are about a 15 min walk from the Powell St BART. Easy access to all parts of the city. It's also a 15 min walk to downtown. There is no built in parking but there is parking on the street and some close garages.
About us:
We are two working professionals in our mid 20s with jobs in the city. Both of have different schedules and are usually out doing our own thing. We enjoy entertaining occasional guests on weekends but end up going out most of the time. More generally, were young, outgoing, smart, well travelled and career oriented.
What we are looking for:
We enjoyed having the balance of a female, so ideally we would look for a female but that's certainly not a deal breaker. If you're a fit, you're a fit.
More importantly, we are looking for cool, fun chill people. Not super bro-ish or alpha-male. We keep the place clean, but we don't expect anyone to be OCD about it. We want someone we can have a social relationship as well, not just a stranger in the other bedroom - whether its just hanging in front of the TV or going out out from time to time.
