Swap NYC UWSstudio apt 1 blk from Central pk for apt in Boston area (Upper West Side)
Am coming to the Boston area to edit a film this summer. Looking for housing swap for part of July and August.
My apt: Location, location, location! Right in the heart of the Upper West Side. 1 block to central park. Very quiet street.Beautiful studio apt with big windows, light, very high ceilings and a sleeping loft. You have the whole apt to yourself!
Wifi, cable, AC, all kitchen appliances including full stove, oven, microwave, juicer, and coffee maker.
Sleeps 4. Vey comfortable queen size bed in loft. Pull out queen sofa bed in living room. Bathroom has shower and bath.
There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Museum of Modern Art is about a 10 minute walk across the park. Museum of Natural History is also a 10 minute walk away. You can walk to Lincoln Center or, if it is rainy, take the subway-- just a few stops away.
Unfortunately, no children under 10 years old are allowed in my apt due to safety regulations. Also, I do have a dog (who will NOT be here) so if you are allergic to dogs, please note this. And, my apt is pet friendly.
