QR Code Link to This Post Posey is a sweet young cat who was abandoned by her former family, and spent several months living on the streets. I rescued her back in May, and have been letting her progress at her own pace and settle back into housecat life.

She's only about 2 years old, and although she's timid and shy at first, she has warmed up and settled into her foster home. She's a sweet, silly, sassy girl! She would do best with an experienced cat person who is willing to give her time and patience, and help coax her out of her shell. (The shy kitties are my personal favorites -- it's so rewarding to see them gain confidence and learn to trust!) Although she is currently living with other cats, she doesn't really seem to like them much and I think would prefer to be an only cat. She would do best in a relatively quiet home, and would not be a good match for a family with kids.

Posey is now spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. An adoption application and contract will be required. If you think you might be interested in adopting, send an email and introduce yourself and tell me why you'd be a great home for!
