TECHNICIANS NEEDED FOR AUTO MOBILE DETAILING COMPANY (Hayward)
Hi there,
We are a mobile detailing company that operates out in Hayward. We are looking to hire technicians to help us detail; we detail cars throughout the week for companies, boats, RVs, and personal cars. We are pretty busy and need some help. Training will be provided.
We offer a flexible schedule where we will ask on a Saturday what days you want to work the next week. You can decide to work all day, a few hours, and also at night time when we clean coach buses. It's a fun trade and days go by fast. We have friendly teammates; all just trying to create a great result with the projects we encounter.
Requirements:
- No felonies
- Must have a drivers license
- Good attitude
- Ability to work with others
- Willing to learn and teach when necessary.
- Ability to stand on your feet for prolonged periods.
- Ability to climb small ladders to get on top of RVs etc.
COMMISSION BASED EMPLOYMENT
Beginner Detailer:
16% of every job including tips no matter if job is finished faster or slower
Ability to work as long as one wants.
Thorough training and mentorship to get you to elite detailer and run your own Van.
Elite Detailer:
24% of each job including tips.
Custom coupon code where customers receive a discount by purchasing online and you get commission. You'll get commission for lifetime of each job ordered by that customer online.
Thorough mentoring provided to better skills.
Detailing class with Renny Doyle offered to high performers to study detailing deeper and gain expertise in paint correction and other detailing skills.
$5 commission from each job the team member you mentor does for autos and RV/boats. Fleets also, but number varies due to different pricing given.
Examples:
For our Fleet Washing let's say we do 30 box vans. 5 hours duration approximate for one elite Detailer and one beginner. 2 elite Detailer 4 hours duration
Beginner Detailer
$3.5 each
Elite detailer
$4.50 each
For our Auto detailing area, Beginner Detailer gets 16% and Elite Detailer gets 24%.
Job duration varies, for example: Sedan Wash and Wax $170 (2 hours) and a SUV Wash wax, interior shampoo
(3.5 hours) $305.
