FACTS: Pricing is IDENTICAL to the DIRECT CARRIER PRICING, or there would be a war between the direct reps and us, indirect reps. Direct reps make a one-time commission and move to new accounts, so customer service is poor. You make a monthly residual, so you have an ongoing interest in the customer. Commissions come from the carrier, not the customer. Also, you can suggest various options, whereas direct reps only suggest one carrier. Customers like this!!
