Wheres currently looking for Telecom Technicians for a notional contract with-in the USA. The work is in a commercial/business setting. Looking for 5 Lead Technician (must have prior experience leading crews and excellent office/PC skills) and 8 Technicians. We have both full-time and temporary positions available. This is 1099 employment.

Required Skills:
Cabling Requirements- Technicians need to have a fundamental knowledge of cabling infrastructure. Our techs will need to be able pull, troubleshoot, terminate, label and test all low voltage cabling. Knowledge of color codes for data, voice, and fiber optic cabling is a necessity. The tech should have knowledge in telephony cabling and the ability to cross connect voice cables to a PBX wall field or a VOIP system (VOIP experience preferred).

Networking Requirements- Technicians will need to have a basic knowledge of network set-up and operation. Tech will need to be able to "rack and stack" network equipment and will need to be able to connect equipment to station cabling. The tech will need an understanding of wireless networks (WAP) and have the ability to console into the wireless network. The tech will need to be able to console into a network switch port and make basic changes.

Basic PC knowledge is expected.

All candidates offered a position must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including a background/MVR check and drug-screen.
