PLEASE MEET TERRIFIC TEX- AN ADORABLE LAB MIX LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER FAMILY.
Tex is a super adorable lab mix who is just 10 months old. He is a great size at 45 lbs. He is the most lovable little dog you will ever meet, even though he has had a pretty sad life up until now. Tex came very close to not being able to celebrate his 1st birthday. He was thrown out of a car by his owners who no longer wanted him. Thankfully, someone saw this happen, and stopped to rescue Tex. They took him to the animal shelter thinking that he would now be safe, but unfortunately, the shelter was a high kill shelter. At the shelter, Tex was hoping he would be saved by a loving new family. That never happened, and soon 30 days went by and the shelter needed to make room for new dogs coming in. Tex was set to be euthanized for no reason other than that the shelter was overcrowded. Only a few minutes before Tex was set to go the the "bad room", we saved him. We could not let the most lovable puppy in the shelter die. Currently, we have Tex in boarding, where he is thankfully safe, but boarding is not fun. Now, he dreams of a family who will love him forever.
Tex is super affectionate and very calm. He makes a great snuggle buddy. He loves hugs and kisses and to curl up against you with his head in your lap. He also loves car rides and long walks on the beach. He is good with people and other dogs.
He is healthy and he is up to date on all of his vaccinations. He is already neutered.
