Locomotion Alaska band is looking for a seasoned drummer. We are a top 40 show band that plays weddings, corporate, private clubs and events. We have plenty of gigs already booked.
We have a passion for excellence and are looking for other successful, hardworking people to join our team. You must be able to do homework and come prepared to polish at rehearsal.
Please be current, have significant top 40 experience and pro gear, mics etc. We rehearse 2 times a week and gig 1-2 times a month. You need job and family situation that allows for this ambitious schedule. We are looking for someone who can commit to this project as their primary interest, not circuit players looking to pick up gigs, :) No drugs or alcohol.
Some of the material we do includes: Eagles, Pat Benatar, Rush, Guns and Roses, B-52's, Bruno Mars, Johnny Cash, Maroon 5, Patsy Cline, Adele, Led Zep, John Mayer, Aerosmith, Dire Straits, Lady Antebellum, Daft Punk--a wide variety of playing skills is required.
