Im a 28 year old t-girl looking to downsize from the large apartment that i live alone in. I am very clean neat and tidy. Looking for a room in the $400-$500 range utilities included with private bath preferred but shared is ok. Looking to pay a few months rent in advance also! I have my own furniture.
