Trustworthy Mechanic Needed to Work on 2000 Ford Ranger (Gainesville) hide this posting unhide

QR Code Link to This Post Hello, my husband is a USAF veteran and he is in need of a mechanic to finish a job on his 2000 Ford Ranger.

***(please read to better understand the situation)***

DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE AD.

Last year we started getting work done to our truck. So we hired someone to take the engine out and do the job. We then decided to change out a lot of the older parts and basically build a new engine. During the course of the job, the mechanic stopped showing up and pretty much had half of our engine with him and half our tools.
After months of trying to find this man, we gave up. (his name is MIKE JONES from DC. Do not accept work from this man.)

We then found yet another mechanic that had a flyer up in the UPS store in Gainesville. He seemed like a very nice guy and he was also a military veteran. He knew our situation and offered to help us out. After working on it consistently and helping us buy parts at discounted prices, he too stopped showing up. He gave us every excuse under the sun on why he couldn't show up the days he'd promised. He kept scheduling times and dates to work, only to not show up and give some new bogus excuse. He ended up blocking both our numbers and stopped all communications. Beware of this evil man named ERIK DAVENPORT. He is a horrible person that led us on for months with excuse after excuse after taking our money!!!!

THEN, just a few weeks ago I had posted this ad and hired yet another person for the job. He came and dropped the engine in and did a few things but then he too stopped coming. He is horrible with communication and made promises that he couldn't keep.

***SO NOW, I need someone to finish the job. The engine needs to be finalized and a few other small jobs and fluids. We also need someone experienced with repairing the A/C.***

We want to try and get this done before it gets any colder outside. We prefer to have this job finished by the end of December.

After reading this post, its safe to assume that we have invested a lot of money into the truck already. We don't have a lot of money to afford anymore. So please don't reply to this ad if you're wanting a lot of money. We are in desperate need of an angel to help us out with this. We have already been screwed over THREE TIMES and we wont let it happen again.

Upon accepting this job we will want a copy of your driver's license and the license plate number from your vehicle. Please understand that this is for our own protection.
