Spring Clean-Up:Base Rate- $125
*Thatching of all turf areas
*Clean-up of landscaping and garden beds
*Clean-up of all leaves, sticks, trash or any other debris on the property
*Mowing and trimming
Weekly Maintenance: Base Rate-$40

*We intend to create a balance between mulching and bagging the grass clippings

Fertilization:
*Spring fertilizer is applied in early May
*Summer fertilizer is applied in early July
