My boyfriend and I are looking for a place in one of the following towns: North or South Berwick, Kennebunk, Saco, Wells, Ogunquit, and York. We are both working professionals in our mid to late twenties. I am a middle school science teacher and he is an engineer at the shipyard. We do come with a 30lb dog, but she's very sweet and quiet. We would prefer a condo or a small house, but anything that is ground level would work. A lease starting in late June or July 1st would be ideal. Rent that is $1000-$1200 or lower would work, any higher and hopefully heat could be included.
