I'm an Australian beginner unclean vocalist and a student at the u of a.
I've started up a vocal cover channel on youtube, and am planning on uploading a lot more to it, improving my vocal skills, and possibly joining a band. As of now I have not yet found a place to make these covers, or to simply record in general, i have all the equipment necessary, i literally just need a room with a power outlet. It's gotten to the point where I recently bought a car power converter so i could record in empty parking lots/side of the road. Im up for working with anyone, producers etc, I have a couple of songs in writing, but do not have the experience/talent/band to be anywhere near producing my own stuff. If you are a producer and interested, i would be very much open to any advise/skills to make whatever i decide to produce sound better. Anyone from a vocal coach to someone who can spare their garage for a few hours a week would be perfect, I'm looking to improve my skill as much as possible as well. Since college has sucked most of my money out im on a low budget at the moment, but i would honestly be willing to help around the house/mow the lawn or something in exchange for a bit of time in a room where i cant bother anyone, or with someone who can help me out.
