Neglecting to do so can lead to major damage. 85 percent of the leaks that we are called to fix are due to dried out pipe collars. The sun dries them out, they crack up, and it causes them to leak.

Instead of paying for a new roof or finding out about major damage, be proactive. We are licensed and insured. We are located in Chesterfield County, but will travel anywhere in the Richmond/Tri city area. We are a full service roofing contractor. We will also give you a free estimate on a new roof if we come to do a repair, and the majority of your roof is in bad shape and needs to be replaced.

We charge $175 for a minimum repair.
