I am actively searching for a warehouse space of at least 3,000 square feet (preferably larger) that would be willing to sign a short term commercial lease or facility rental for a one week period.

I am organizing a community shopping event that will take place at the end of April and would need the space for one week only. This could be almost any type of space as long as it is mostly all open and clean.

Space requirements:
Anchorage area
Heated w/ Electricity
Easy access in and out of building with short walk to parking
Ample parking
Good lighting and clean floors (can be concrete as long as heated and clean)
Must be able to lock/contain area overnight
