Left over Jack O' Lanterns are delicious for goats, rabbits, chickens and pigs.
Rather than wasting them once the trick-or-treating is over, please bring them to Four Wind Farm, or to another local farm who might be able to use them as a yummy treat for their animals! Your leftovers are an animal's delicacy and farmers are often happy to have anything that will supplement their food costs.
Four Wind Farm is located in Warren and we raise endangered heritage breed animals. Our rabbits are colony raised to help give them the most natural environment possible. All our animals are fed as little grain as possible, as an much of what they would enjoy in their natural habitat. PLEASE! Help us out and donate your leftover pumpkins, brush and (when the time comes) your natural Christmas trees.
