Recently had arm surgery and can't do the job myself, so I'm willing to pay.
We want to repurpose part of the basement and would just like the space to be fully cleaned prior to that.
Up until now, it's just been used as a laundry area and when we moved in the floors were kind of gunky, so a good powerwash or deep cleaning of concrete floors, walls, and wipe down/sweep of rafters for spiderwebs, etc. is all we need.
