Looking for someone with -hopefully- access to Westlaw and/or LexisNexis to do quick research for CA case law pertaining to quiet title, fraud, statute of frauds, oral K.
Long and short: I am looking for someone familiar with researching case law to investigate cases with facts similar to my case..
Ideally, you already have kind of a basic working understanding of this area of law.
