I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom house in the metro Atlanta area. The locations of choice I would like to live are Duluth, Lilburn, Decatur, Tucker, Norcross, Stone Mountain, East Point, College Park, Chamblee, or Doraville

My monthly price range is to rent is from $850 to $1,000. I receive social security of $1,350 per month, plus I have a small printing business with an income of $1,800 to $3,500 per month.

I am wiling to agree on a one to two year lease with the actual, private owner. I currently live with a friend in the Norcross area, but I would be needing a place by August 1 or September 1

I wish to deal directly with the private owner on leasing his or her house. The reason for this action is would prefer the money I am paying goes directly to the owner, because I had a bad experience leasing a place from a third party.
