Hi am seeking waterfront. Stream,year round brook to a pond, lake...whatever. Might consider with a camp/cottage, but, IDEALLY is land ,..as wish to build suitable to old(er) age.Must be quiet, but accessable, 2 plus acres.(5 or more would be real nice). Please no flood zones. Really like the following areas : CHESTER, LINCOLN,MARIAHVILLE, STETSON, MONROE, CLIFTON, HUDSON,but, will consider other areas. I am not in a hurry as will wait for the right property, however,. if your property is reasonably priced ,...I can purchase with a quick cash sale.Am not looking to spend big money in a busy exspensive area. What is desired is a quiter area in a smaller town with privacy and a place to be beside the water., and not be right next door to a neighbor.
