Looking for someone to help me develop a website, this is going to be something alittle more then for the casual developer. I know how to build your everyday website but this is out of my league.

I'm working on a restrictive budget so I need someone that can work with me financially but it will be worth your time and efforts in the end. I'd like to find someone local in the KC area and prefer not a major company....to be honest I probably can't afford what you'd want financially so I'm trying to save us both some time.
