Sylas is a wonderful bird, he is 13, believed to be male (not DNA). He is special needs with balance issues. He was previously abused so he is not able to fly and is not a "shoulder" bird. He will step up but on his terms. He is very sweet but his very OCD and has to be treated patiently due to his past abuse. He is a great companion and loves to be in the center of the room observing everything. He will pick up lots of phrases and words. He is a lover of stability and has a need for structure, he does not like change, he loves his routine to remain stable. Sylas would bond best with a man and will allow a man to pet him.
