The floor would be completely prepped, you would just have to install the flooring. Approximately 1500 square feet of it. If interested, we would like to find someone that is willing to trade their time for time up at our cabin in New Meadows, near McCall and Brundage ski resort. The cabin is beautiful and has excellent amenities including Wifi and a fire pit. Has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa.
