I have a one-page WordPress site that needs 'fixed' and eventually added to. It's a fundraising site for a family in need, so it's nothing too complex. Web design is very far outside my wheelhouse, and I know what my limitations are. :-)
I'm not interested in hosting, SEO, moving to some other CMS, etc. I already have hosting covered, don't care about SEO right now, and am sold on WordPress.
If you are one of the few web folks who are reliable and are a good (and prompt) communicator, I'd be willing to put you on retainer to make occasional updates to this site and possibly help design others.
If you are interested, kindly reply ASAP with your hourly or daily rate and a few examples of recent work. I'd love it if you were local to KC, but I'm open to freelancers from other places - as long as I can verify you are a real person. :-) I won't give you a dollar up front (I've been burned THREE times this summer by doing that), but will gladly pay you after simple milestones or when objectives are reached. Basically, I'll pay you every hour if you need me to as long as you are putting in the work.
