Artspace Solar Gardens is the first net zero mixed-use energy building with onsite solar production in the state of Utah. Artspace Solar Gardens has 859 solar photovoltaic panels on the building's roof and adjacent solar structure
Solar Gardens is close to downtown on the 800 South bike path, two blocks from the 900 South TRAX stop, and includes a community garden, street level artist studios, office and retail space.

Artspace offers affordable space ideal for artist studios, non-profit office, small business offices, and retail spaces. Our commercial suites are unique and versatile and they become available in a variety of sizes, with tenants ranging from producers of salsas and spreads to photography studios and neighbourhood markets.

We currently have 19 non-profit organizations, as well as numerous small business start-ups, operating out of Artspace buildings. Our commercial spaces are designed to facilitate collaboration and programming efficiencies among artists and tenants.
