Myself and my roommate-to-be are interested in leasing a 2 Bedroom Apartment on the Eastbank sometime around the first week of June. Primarily looking in the Kenner/Metairie/Lakeview area. However, any area that isn't in New Orleans East, or further west than the outskirts of Kenner is acceptable.

Looking for:
Max $1000/month in rent
Max $1000 Deposit
Pets acceptable (Currently do not have any pets, but may adopt a small dog or cat in the distant future, am willing to pay Deposit upfront rather than later if desired)
2 Bedrooms
Central Air/Heating
Washer/Dryer (or Washer/Dryer hookups available, at least)

A little background:
I am a young male working as a Systems Engineer for a number of large and small business inside and outside of New Orleans. As a 1099 Employee, I do not have Check Stubs, but instead, receive a physical paycheck from my boss. I can provide a history of these checks if you would like Income Verification (This was accepted recently by my Auto Loan company). As well, I can provide references from past Landlords. And you are welcome to perform a Background Check on me, I do not even have a Parking Ticket to my name.
My Roommate-to-be will be moving to join me at this company, making a similar amount of money. She can provide all the same information I can (Sans Income Verification, as she has not started the job yet), and she too, would be able to pass a Background Check.
