I just bought a house and I wish to move out beginning of July and you can take over my lease that ends in Jan. 2016 or I can sublease to you.
Currently rent is a $1000 for a two bedroom apartment.
The apartment has been well kept and the landlord takes good care of the yard.
It is in a decent multi-complex on Forest Ave in Portland.
I can help out with part of the security deposit.
